All payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted third-party processors. These processors are PCI-DSS compliant and are contractually prohibited from using your payment data for any purpose other than completing your transaction.

6. Quote Policy and Validity

All written quotes issued by Castleman’s Pressure Washing LLC are valid for five (5) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

To lock in a quoted price, a client must accept the quote in writing (via Jobber, email, or text confirmation) within the validity window. Verbal acceptances are not binding.

Quotes are property-specific and non-transferable. Castleman’s Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to reassess and re-quote if property conditions have materially changed since the original evaluation.

7. Photography, Video, and Marketing Content

We may photograph or video record the exterior of your property before, during, and after service for:

Quality documentation
Internal training
Business marketing
Social media content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)

Only exterior property areas are recorded. No interior spaces, personal belongings, vehicles with identifiable plates, or individuals will be captured without explicit consent.

By scheduling service, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use exterior images and footage for business and marketing purposes.

To opt out, you must notify us in writing before your scheduled service date.

8. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with trusted service providers, including:

Jobber (scheduling, invoicing, CRM)
Payment processors
Google (review management and advertising)
SMS carriers

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and comply with legal obligations.

Client records are generally retained for a minimum of three (3) years following your last service.

You may request deletion by contacting us directly. Certain records may be retained as required by law or for dispute resolution.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Client data is managed through Jobber, a SOC 2-compliant platform. Payment data is processed through encrypted third-party processors.

No electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Request deletion of your personal data
Opt out of marketing communications
